In fact, we will help you customize your own pick up and delivery schedule, since a Platinum valet is regularly in your neighborhood.

One feature of Platinum Valet service that you will quickly come to appreciate is that you don't need to be present for pick-up and delivery. The Platinum Valet simply picks up and delivers your dry cleaning at the location you choose at your home or office.


    Step 1: Schedule a Pick Up

  • Just click on the blue "Request Pickup & Delivery" button in the right hand corner to reach our concierge team and schedule your pickup and delivery days.

    • Step 2: Fill the Bags

  • Fill your customized Platinum bag and enclose any special instructions on the provided 'My Needs Card'. The 'My Needs Card' is a great way to send us your special requests.

    • Step 3: Leave them out for pickup

  • A Platinum valet will happily pickup your clothes even when you are not home!

    • Step 4: Come Home to Renewed Garments!

  • Once serviced, your garments are returned to you in just three days, refreshed and ready to wear.
